Sprayberry Academy uses the Creative  Curriculum philosophy. We encourage learning  through play and the development of social and  emotional skills that your child will use for years  to come. The teachers validate and reinforce  children's constructive play to promote the  children to extend their ideas and interact with  the children so that they learn from their play.         The environment that Creative Curriculum  provides helps children develop a sense of trust  and belonging. Children can feel safe and  encouraged to explore not only materials but also  their relationships with peers and adults. They  feel important and valued when they are able to  share their ideas. In addition to social and  emotional development , your child will be  taught math, science, and literacy concepts that  will be a prime focus in kindergarten.

I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have three children: Ben, Sam and Lily. Teaching is my passion and I love making a difference in the lives of young people. Albert Einstein said, “Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.” My goal is to be of value to my family and Sprayberry Academy. Let’s have a great year!Type your paragraph here.

Sprayberry Academy’s Georgia Pre K program is the only of its kind in Cobb County. Each year, 240 children graduate from our Georgia

Pre-K program. With 11 classrooms and 23 quality Georgia Pre K teachers we are able to provide children with the most quality Pre K program   in Cobb County.

Sprayberry Academy’s philosophy is to make learning fun and exciting and to help your child become more successful with every school       year.  Sprayberry Academy’s teachers have received training in the “Creative Curriculum philosophy as well as other courses that assist in our     enrichment program.  We select teachers that have a strong commitment and desire to ensure every class reaches standards beyond the             “typical” pre-kindergarten class.

In our classrooms, the children will not only be focused on developing academically, but also in social, emotional, physical (both fine and       gross motor), self direction, self-reliance and valuable life skills.  We are confident that the strong foundation your child acquires from our           teachers will be the first stepping stone that begins their journey through life.  We welcome the opportunity and look forward to serving every     child’s early education needs to help them grow into strong confident young adults.
